The eSIM shop that still opens in Turkey

Most international eSIM sellers cannot be reached from a Turkish connection. We sell and support ours from Istanbul — so buying, topping up and getting help all work after you land.

What changed in July 2025

Between July and September 2025 Turkey's telecoms regulator, BTK, blocked access to the websites and apps of more than 50 international eSIM sellers. The technology itself was never banned: eSIMs are legal in Turkey, and Turkish operators sell them too.

The catch is timing. An eSIM you installed at home keeps working after you land — but the moment you need more data, the shop you bought it from no longer opens. That is the gap this shop exists to close.

The full story: is eSIM banned in Turkey?

Still works in Turkey

  • Any eSIM you installed before you arrived
  • Roaming on your home SIM, at your operator's Turkey rates
  • Our shop, our top-ups and our support

Does not open on a Turkish connection

  • The websites and apps of more than 50 international eSIM sellers
  • Buying a new eSIM from them after you land
  • Topping up one of their eSIMs when it runs out

What a shop on the ground changes

  • Reachable after you land

Our shop, your top-ups and our support open on a Turkish connection — airport Wi‑Fi included.

  • A real Turkish network

Türk Telekom, one of Turkey's three national operators — 5G where it is available, 4G everywhere else.

  • Top up the same eSIM

Run low mid-trip and add data in a couple of minutes. No new QR code and no workaround.

  • No passport, no paperwork

No ID check and no shop queue. The 120-day IMEI rule does not touch a normal holiday.

  • One price, paid once

Pay in pounds, euros or dollars. No subscription, no auto-renewal and no roaming bill waiting at home.

  • Help on your trip's clock

Support answers from Istanbul, in the same time zone as your holiday.

Our eSIM, another travel eSIM or an airport SIM?

An honest side-by-side. Other travel eSIMs are fine products — the problem in Turkey is reaching their shop.

Will my phone work?

Two checks, less than a minute.

  1. 1

    Dial *#06#

If an EID number shows up on the screen, your phone supports eSIM.

  2. 2

    Make sure it is unlocked

A phone locked to your home operator cannot use another provider's eSIM. Phones bought outright are usually unlocked; if yours came with a contract, ask your operator.
