How to install your Turkey eSIM

About two minutes on Wi‑Fi. Do it at home, before you fly.

  1. Scan the QR code

    Open the order email on another screen and scan the QR code with your phone camera — or type in the manual activation code from the same email.

  2. Label the line and leave it off

    Name it “Turkey”. Keep your usual SIM as the default for now; the plan has not started.

  3. Switch it on when you land

    Select the Turkey eSIM for mobile data and turn on Data Roaming for that line. It connects within a minute.

Settings → Mobile Service → Add eSIM → Use QR Code
Android
Samsung: Settings → Connections → SIM manager → Add eSIM. Pixel: Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Add SIM.

Turn off Data Roaming on your home SIM so it cannot run up charges in the background.

Questions about this plan

Is it really unlimited?

There is no hard cap and no overage charge. There is a fair-use threshold: 3 GB a day at full speed, after which the connection continues at 1 Mbps until the next day.

When does the daily allowance reset?

The full-speed allowance renews every day for as long as your plan runs. If you reach the threshold one evening, you are back at full speed the next day.

How many days should I choose?

Match your trip. Validity starts on your first connection in Turkey and runs for consecutive days, so a 7-night holiday needs 8 days if you want data on both travel days.

Can I add days later?

Yes. The unlimited plan is extended by days on the same eSIM — useful if you decide to stay longer. Our shop stays reachable from inside Turkey.

Can I use it as a hotspot?

Yes. Tethering is allowed; hotspot traffic counts towards the same daily full-speed allowance.

Will I get a Turkish phone number?

No, this is a data-only plan. Your normal SIM stays active for calls and SMS, and apps such as WhatsApp keep using your existing number.

    A phone locked to your home operator cannot use another provider's eSIM. Phones bought outright are usually unlocked; if yours came with a contract, ask your operator.
